What Is A Strange Brew?

A strange brew cocktail contains a mixture of IPA, gin and pineapple. While these ingredients don’t sound like they should work together, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the taste. It’s both fruity and tangy with just the right amount of bitterness!

How To Make A Strange Brew Cocktail

Equipment Needed:

• Cocktail shaker
• Strainer
• Cocktail glass

Ingredients Needed:

• 50ml of Gin
• 3 tsp of Falernum
• 25ml of Pineapple Juice
• 2 tsp of Lemon Juice
• IPA Beer
• A Sprig of Mint (for garnish)

Method:

1. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the gin, falernum, pineapple juice and lemon juice to the cocktail shaker
3. Shake until cool to the touch
4. Strain into an ice filled glass
5. Top up with the IPA beer
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
