In honor of World Martini Day here at drinkstuff, we've been looking at Martini cocktail riffs. Today we are bringing you the Smoky Martini #1. This martini features the classic ingredients of gin and vermouth but it add a splash of single malt whisky. The addition of whisky into the Martini creates a smoky almost sweet cocktail when combined with a London dry gin. If gin isn't your thing, you can make a variation of this cocktail using vodka.
