One of the things we like to do with Cocktails is simply create variations of old classic Cocktails. This is made really easy with all the different flavours of Syrups and Purees available these days. So in this blog, I am festivating some famous cocktails, starting with the Cosmopolitan, but also attacking the Espresso Martini, a Negroni and an Old Fashioned.
