How To Make A Rum Punch Bowl

Equipment Needed

Ingredients Needed

  • 50ml of Jamaican Rum
  • 50ml of White Rum
  • 25ml of Black Strap Rum
  • 125ml of Angostura Amaro
  • 25ml of Lime Juice
  • 75ml of Orange Juice
  • 35ml of Orgeat Syrup
  • 25ml of Passion Fruit Syrup
  • Crushed Ice
  • 15ml of 151 Proof Rum


  1. Fill a punch bowl with Crushed Ice
  2. Add all of the ingredients (except 151 Proof Rum) and stir
  3. Garnish with chopped exotic fruit on the top of the Crushed Ice
  4. Fill the centre crater with 151 Proof Rum
  5. From a distance, light the flammable rum with a burning splint to ignite
  6. Enjoy once cooled!
