Much like an Irish Coffee, this Clansman's Coffee cocktail combines coffee and whisky. This one obviously contains scotch rather than Irish Whiskey, and it does also include a brown sugar rim. Whilst you can add sugar to taste, the sugar rim is a sweet addition. Topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate, this boozy coffee is the perfect after-dinner drink!

Clansman's Coffee

Ingredients

30ml of Scotch Whisky 100ml of Fresh Black Coffee Whipped Cream, for garnish Grated Chocolate, for garnish Brown Sugar, to rim the glass

Method

1. Run a Wedge of Lemon along the rim of a heat-proof glass and dip in brown sugar
2. Add the scotch to the glass and top up with the coffee
3. Add sugar to taste
4. You can float some whipped cream on top and add some grated chocolate
