What Is Sloe Gin?
Sloe gin is a red liqueur made from gin and sloes. Sloes are tiny berries similar to plums; they come from the Prunus spinosa. Commonly used in jams and preserves, slows are distinctive in both taste and appearance.
Add the sloe gin, aperol and rosso vermouth to a mixing glass
Add plenty of ice and stir thoroughly
Strain and serve into your rocks glass
