How to make a Hedgerow Royale Cocktail
Combining sweet, and slightly sharp prosecco with sloe gin and brandy make this the sparkling Hedgerow Royale Recipe perfect for enjoying all year round.
Ingredients:
- 25ml of Sloe Gin
- 25ml of Cherry Brandy
- Prosecco
- A sprig of Rosemary, for garnish
Method
- Fill a champagne saucer with crushed ice, and pour over prosecco
- Holding the sprig of rosemary over the glass, gently clap to lightly bruise the rosemary and add to the glass
- Slowly pour the sloe gin and cherry brandy into the glass so that they sink to the bottom creating a layered effect
