Do you want to create a Valentine's themed cocktail for your loved one but need some inspiration on what to make?
We have got 5 romantic and fun cocktails, perfect to mix up for your lover.
1. Peach BlitzIngredients:
Method:To create this cocktail, put two tablespoons of peach purée, one tablespoon of Aperol (or Cynar/ Campari) and one tablespoon of prosecco in each glass. We recommend our Atelier Coupe Glass. Stir well and then fill up with prosecco to about 2cm from the top. Add a splash of soda water on top. Garnish with an elegant rose petal on top. |
2. Blackberry Gin FizzIngredients:
Method:Squeeze a lime through a strainer and into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add the gin to the shaker and strain the muddled blackberries into this too. Shake until cold. Strain the cocktail into Harlow Gin Glasses filled with ice. Top up with tonic water and garnish with fresh blackberries.

3. Strawberry DaiquiriIngredients:
Method:Blend the strawberries then push the resulting purée through a sieve to remove all the seeds. Add the purée back into the blender and add the ice, lime juice and rum. Blend and then divide between two glasses, we suggest our Stainless Steel Coupe. Garnish with desired fruit. |
4. Pornstar MartiniIngredients:
Method:Add the vodka, passoa, passionfruit puree, lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into Nude Terroir Coupe Glass. Garnish with half a passionfruit. Serve with a shot of prosecco (optional).

5. Strawberry Gin MartiniIngredients:
Method:Take a bowl and muddle the strawberries using a muddler. Once done, add the mint leaves to this and muddle again.
